The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued a developmental disabilities alert for a woman from Lakewood. Isabelle Haywood is white, 5’3, and 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities say Isabelle has a skull tattoo on her left shoulder and a tattoo on her chest that says “hope, love.” She was last seen Monday in the 78 hundred blocks of W Mansfield Parkway. Investigators say Isabelle suffers from cognitive impairment.
