An investigation is under in Broomfield after a man was stabbed to death while allegedly trying to rob a residence. Officers were called to a home in the Brandywine neighborhood around 3 last Wednesday afternoon, where they found 30-year-old Trenten Hansen dead. According to investigators, two adults were home when the alleged robbery took place, and one of them stabbed Hansen. Details on possible charges are unknown.
