A suspect is under arrest in connection to a homicide last month. Colorado Springs Police say thirty-nine-year-old Adrian Smith was taken into custody Monday and is facing a first-degree murder charge. On October 7th authorities were called to the 400 block of east Kiowa near Wahsatch on reports of shots fired. There they found the victim, 56-year-old Patrick Hunt, suffering from serious injuries. He was transported to a hospital but later died. The investigation is ongoing.
