An investigation is underway after a suspect struck a police cruiser early Thursday morning. Officers were responding to a burglary call in the 39 hundred block of Palmer Park Boulevard near North Academy. When they arrived, they approached a driver sitting in a car outside of the business. That driver took and hit the police cruiser, leaving it with minor damage. Fortunately, no injuries are reported. So far, there is no suspect information, and it’s unknown if the driver is the suspect involved in the burglary.
