Springs Police say they’ve made an arrest in a shooting Christmas Eve at the Citadel Mall. Officials say 22-year-old Josiah Brown was arrested Wednesday on multiple charges including murder in the first degree. According to CSPD, the incident was prompted by a fight between two groups that escalated. Eighteen-year-old Teryus Thomas was found dead at the scene. Two other people were struck by gunfire but survived. brown is currently in custody at the El Paso County Jail on a million-dollar bond.
