SUPPORTERS OF THE FORD AMPHITHEATER PACKED COLORADO SPRINGS CITY HALL TUESDAY AS COLORADO SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL CONTINUED TO STUDY NOISE COMPLAINTS FROM SOME NEIGHBORS AROUND THE FACILITY. MOST WHO SPOKE TUESDAY SAY THEY HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THE SOUND LEVEL OF CONCERTS. TWO WEEKS AGO MORE THAN 2 DOZEN PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT CONCERTS BEING TOO LOUD.
