CALHAN, CO – Three people are injured after being struck by lightning at the El Paso County Fair in Calhan Tuesday night.
One person suffered minor injuries, and a woman and man were treated by medical personnel on scene and then transported to nearby hospitals. Their conditions are unknown.
Witnesses said there was no thunder or lightning in the immediate area when the strike happened.
