Another call center in Colorado Springs is closing their doors.
Conduent is laying 400 people off and they plan to officially close by October.
This is the third call center to close in the past nine months. Alorica shut down last December, and Astar Tek closed its doors in March.
There is a silver lining though, Charter Communications is conducting a hiring event on August 29th, which is a Wednesday, from 9am to Noon at the Pikes Peak Workforce Center.
They have positions including customer service reps, and technical support representatives.
