Prosecutors will file charges Monday afternoon against a Frederick man in the murders of his pregnant wife and daughters last week.
Chris Watts is accused in the deaths of 34 year old Shanann Watts and their 4 and 3 year old girls, Bella and Celeste.
Their bodies were found last week at a petroleum plant. A judge has denied a request by a defense attorney to require a coroner to collect DNA from the necks of the young girls.
Watts admitted to the killings last Wednesday.
