The recovery continues for injured Colorado Springs policeman Cem Duzel.
CSPD gave an update on Duzel Thursday, saying the officer has settled into Denver’s Craig Hospital, where he’ll undergo rehabilitation.
Duzel was shot and gravely wounded in the line of duty in early August after responding to a call east of downtown.
The public can continue to send encouragement letters and cards to Duzel by dropping them off or mailing them to CSPD’s downtown station.
