The Colorado Springs Urban Renewal authority will be presented a plan today for two new buildings in the downtown area. One, if approved, would be a 25-story residential building which would be the largest in the city. The second structure would be a 12-story office building. The plans will be submitted by the O’Neal Group, a Colorado Springs based company. The buildings would be connected by parking garages and would go up between Vermijo and Costilla and Sahwatch and Cascade.
