EL PASO COUNTY – Colorado Springs police have arrested a man suspected of arson and first-degree murder after a 3rd story apartment unit caught fire and the man inside jumped to avoid the flames and died Sunday evening. Twenty-year-old Trey Dove is under arrest in connection to the fire at the Enfield apartments on Hancock Avenue. One other person suffered smoke inhalation and was transferred to the hospital.
