Starbucks Workers United is organizing a three-day strike at coffee shops nationwide – including one shop in the Springs. The staff of the location at Garden of the Gods at Centennial will be on strike at least for today. The union says that over 50 stores are supposedly connected with the strike. Earlier this year, several strikes broke out across the nation. Starbucks has been opposed to collective action in the past.
